Placitas WILD Horses

Tilly's Tale is a beautiful children's book that chronicles the life of Tilly, a filly found on the road next to her Mother who had been hit by a car. Tilly was adopted and fed every two hours for several months until she was able to eat grass and hay. Tilly's Tale, a finalist in the 2017 National Children’s Book competition, is authored by Diane Reisinger and illustrated by Pricilla Schooley, two Placitas residents.
